Market Realty, LLC has been serving Frederick County for more than 30 years under a different name. But with a new name came the need for a new logo, so we created a custom word mark for them. In the mark, the negative space between the ‘K’ and the ‘E’ creates a hidden house, which is then used across the brand as an added element. We chose a vintage typeface to give a nod to the company’s history, and we customized the type by rounding the individual letters to give it a more approachable feel!
