The City of Frederick HPC works hard to maintain the historic integrity of our city. To make their guidelines more accessible to the public, we worked with the HPC and Downtown Frederick Partnership to develop a series of three brochures targeted to the HPC’s specific audiences—residents, contractors, and merchants. We wrote the copy for the brochures, created custom illustrations, and developed the overall design to include the combined branding of both organizations.
