Lead Generation Specialist

The Lead Generation Specialist is one engine behind our clients’ growth and the primary architect of their digital footprint. In this role, you aren’t just running ads, you are building a bridge between our clients and their future customers. We need a strategist who balances technical mastery of Google and Meta with a holistic understanding of the entire digital advertising landscape. You will take ownership of the full campaign lifecycle, from the initial technical onboarding and pixel installation to the high-level strategic analysis that drives ROI. As a collaborative partner to our clients, you will translate complex data into actionable growth strategies, ensuring every dollar spent is an investment in their success.

This position is full-time. Our office is a hybrid workplace at which we work 3 days in the office at our Frederick, Maryland location and 2 days remotely. However, during the first 6 month onboarding phase full-time in the office is required.

$65,000-80,000

Responsibilities:

  • Build, launch, and manage high-performing campaigns within Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, including meticulous setup of ad sets, targeting, and creative assets
  • Conduct deep-dive research into keywords and competitor strategies via tools such as SEMRush to identify untapped opportunities and maintain a competitive edge
  • Monitor and refine campaigns to improve Click-Through Rates (CTR), conversion rates, and overall Return on Investment (ROI)
  • Lead the setup of new client business accounts, ensuring all pixels, API conversions, and industry-specific tracking tools are installed and firing correctly
  • Provide expert recommendations on landing page content and layout best practices to ensure traffic from ads results in high-quality leads
  • Execute A/B testing protocols for ad copy, imagery, and landing pages to identify winning formulas
  • Build and maintain automated reporting dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio/Data Studio) to track, analyze, and report results with transparency
  • Proactively recommend cross-platform strategies (including LinkedIn or emerging channels) to diversify reach and improve client outcomes
  • Navigate technical and strategic conversations with clients, acting as a supportive expert who champions their business goals
  • Perform tasks as assigned by the Principal

Essential Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing professional-level budgets within Google Ads, Performance Max and Meta Ads Manager; experience with LinkedIn Ads is a significant plus
  • Hands-on experience with SEMRush, Google Data Studio (Looker Studio), Google Analytics 4, and the technical installation of tracking pixels
  • Ability to interpret complex datasets and distill them into clear, executive-level reports
  • Ability to independently handle multiple, simultaneous, varied assignments and meet tight deadlines while providing a consistent level of quality
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable leading conversations regarding technical integrations and campaign performance with a “partnership first” approach
  • A strong desire to stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and digital marketing and AI trends
  • Is flexible on changing workloads
  • Experience in Google Workspace Suite
