For Sierra, project management is where creativity meets coordination. With a background in magazine design and storytelling, she thrives on the challenge of balancing organization and problem-solving, especially in a collaborative environment. Whether guiding a project from start to finish or building lasting relationships with clients, Sierra loves making sure everyone involved feels supported and excited about the work being created. A member of the Leadership Frederick County Class of 2026, Sierra believes that great marketing makes brands and neighborhoods more interesting, turning a simple walk down the street into a memorable experience and brings that energy to Postern’s clients.

Outside of the office, you’ll likely find Sierra outdoors hiking trails with her dog, Zeke, or on the field with her adult softball league. If granted the ability to choose a superpower, Sierra would love to instantly be able to play the piano, creating music out of thin air whenever she wants.
